At this time, we ship within the United States only.
All ShmegWorks items are made to order. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days before they ship. Fulfillment time does not include shipping time.
Shipping time begins after your order is fulfilled and handed off to the carrier. Shipping speed depends on your delivery address and the shipping method available for your order. Delivery is handled by third-party carriers and options may vary.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately (and may arrive at different times) depending on product type and fulfillment location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery location.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order has already shipped, the shipping address cannot be edited for that shipment.
If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it after you provide an updated address. You must confirm the updated address within 30 days of the return notice. Additional shipping charges will apply when the original address was incorrect or the package was unclaimed.
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us at shmegworks@gmail.com as soon as possible. Lost shipments must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can submit a claim and help resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. If your tracking has not updated or your delivery is delayed past the estimated window, contact us and we’ll help you troubleshoot.
