Refund policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at shmegworks@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue (and the packaging if it arrived damaged)

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows your package is lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll help investigate and, if confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement.

Please report lost shipments within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can resolve it within carrier and fulfillment timelines.

Wrong size (goodwill option)

We can’t offer size exchanges because each item is printed specifically for your order. That said, if you ordered the wrong size, email us and we’ll offer a one-time discount code to help you reorder the correct size.

Returned to sender / address issues

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed, we can reship it once a corrected address is provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider.
